Purpose. On the basis of using the method of expert assessments, this essay will conduct a comparative assessment of the quality of management of organizations in the market in the context of the difficulty of determining quantitative indicators. Methodology. This article uses general and special methods of scientific knowledge in order to substantiate a comprehensive approach to assessing the quality of an organization’s management and the need to use it, while there is developing a strategy to increase the investment attractiveness of a business entity. Results. The study made it possible to propose a methodical approach to assessing the quality of an organization’s management on the basis of its identification in its composition of the quality of management and the quality of shareholders. This approach allows us to develop an algorithm for calculating the organization's reputational premium based on a set of comparative and economic-statistical methods and proves the existence of a direct relationship between reputation indicators and the market value of organizations that are implementing digital platforms in business processes. Findings. The proposed methodological approach to assessing the quality of an organization’s management is aimed at improving the quality of management, which is reflected in increasing the level of reputation. Its use is a prerequisite for making effective management decisions by investors in choosing priorities and areas for investment. Effective management decision will be done by owners of organizations while there is choosing organization development strategies. This mythology will help in rating agencies in evaluating organizations' performance and selecting investment targets and stock exchanges, while there is forming listing requirements for issuing organizations.
